Registration

  • There is an annual enrollment fee of $35.00 per dancer that will be collected at the time of registration.
    • Registration Fees are non-refundable.
Tuition & Billing

  • Tuition is due on the 1st of every month.

  • A late fee of $25.00 will be assessed on the 5th of every month if payment is not made.

  • A $25.00 service fee is charged on all returned checks.

  • All students with unpaid tuition will not be able to participate in classes until account is current.

  • Full Out Performance Dance Company accepts cash, check, bill pay, Zelle, or VISA/MasterCard

    • A 3% surcharge when paying with credit or debit cards.

Contact Info Update

If any of your contact information should change during the course of the dance season, especially your email address, please contact the studio as soon as possible to have records updated.

Class Withdrawal

If for whatever reason the student(s) decides to discontinue any or all classes, a 14 day written notice must be provided to Full Out Performance Dance Co., LLC.  If a written notice is not provided 2 weeks in advance, you are responsible and charged for the next month’s tuition and all costumes will be forfeited.

Refunds

Full Out Performance Dance Co., LLC will not issue refunds for any missed class nor early withdrawal during a session.  Dancer's are encouraged to complete the season and a makeup class(es) in the event of an absence. Makeup classes must be taken within 30 days of the absence.

Video & Photo Waiver

You give Full Out Performance Dance Co., LLC permission for the public display of pictures and or video of child(ren) for possible advertisement purposes (i.e. brochures, newspaper ads, web site, etc. no names will be used).

Recital Costume/Tuition Balance

All Full Out students are automatically pre-registered for the optional summer recital. If the student you have enrolled does not wish to participate, you agree to contact and inform the studio no later January 15th, 2023. If you fail to contact us before that date, you agree to pay for costumes that have been ordered for your dancer. Costumes must be paid in full and tuition must be current before costumes may be taken home.

Medical Emergency

You give permission to Full Out Performance Dance Co., LLC and its owners and operators to seek medical treatment for the students listed above in the event they are not able to reach a parent or guardian.

Release of Liability

As the legal parent or guardian, I release and hold harmless Full Out Performance Dance Co., LLC its owners and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant while in or upon the premises or any premises under the control and supervision of Full Out Performance Dance Co. its owners and operators or in route to or from any of said premises.

Additional Policies​

  • Full Out reserves the right to cancel, change, or reschedule a class if necessary. 

  • Classes are subject to close at any time if the class does not fill or enrollment numbers fall below the required number of students necessary to run a class.

  • Full Out has the right to hire substitute teachers/instructors at any time due to illnesses or absenses.

  • All transactions within the studio, including: competitions/conventions and tuition payments, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
